gpus reports live worker availability per GPU type (a worker with that GPU is currently registered).

supported_gpus reports pool-config-based serverless support per GPU type: true when a pool could serve the GPU even if scaled to zero.

Resource ceilings enforced when creating a serverless stub. Private on-demand pools own their machine and do not use these limits.
node_capacity reports cluster nodes that could host a worker for each GPU type right now. A ready node is capacity nobody has claimed yet, which is not the same thing as a worker running on it: with a node up the first task waits only for a pod to start, without one it waits for a node too.
